Can I use a Cyber Café or my PC at work to access Online Banking?
Our Online Banking service can be accessed from anywhere in the world as it does not require files to be downloaded and stored on your PC. Online Banking has been designed to work over a number of different connections, however we cannot guarantee connectivity in all circumstances. If you experience difficulty connecting over a LAN, please see your systems administrator.
The first time you log on to the service you will be asked for your online Access and Support IDs. You will also be asked to set up your new security details which you will need to use every time you attempt to log on to Online Banking in the future.
We do not advise you to save any personal information on any device that is not controlled or maintained by you.

To access first direct's Online Banking, you will need the following:

Please note: PCs connected to Local Area Networks are not supported.
Apple Mac
Please note: Macs connected to Local Area Networks are not supported.
